This is an amazing system - it really is plug and play - it really is that simple. We tested it with the output of a Pick Up the World violin pickup (piezo film) only into the transmitter, with the receiver sending it's signal to the pickup's preamp, then to a guitar amp!! it worked great using only the signal (unamplified) coming from the pickup to the transmitter. Freedom from cables - freedom from having to choose free channels required with all analog systems.
